Clinical Supervision

Reflective supervision that supports your journey, one step at a time

I am a qualified clinical supervisor working within an integrative framework, offering a supportive, structured, and collaborative space where you can reflect on your practice and continue to grow both professionally and personally.

My supervisory style is relational and grounded in openness, honesty, and mutual respect. I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable thinking freely about your work, while also offering the right balance of support and gentle challenge to deepen your understanding and strengthen your practice.

I have experience supervising practitioners working with adults, those in private practice, and professionals navigating organisational dynamics, including team conflict and systemic pressures. My background in educational settings also gives me a strong grounding in safeguarding and the wider responsibilities that come with therapeutic work.

Organisation and clarity are important to me, and I aim to offer a supervision space that feels both contained and flexible. I work responsively, helping to clarify uncertainties or misunderstandings in a sensitive way, and I draw on creative and reflective approaches, including coaching style strategies, when they feel helpful.

Supervisees often describe me as confident, nurturing, and dedicated. They value the balance I bring between support and constructive challenge, and the way I encourage growth while maintaining a steady ethical focus throughout our work together.

I offer 60‑ and 90‑minute sessions, including clinical supervision and consultancy, both online and in person.
